1. Processing Time

 

Each piece of sofa is hand crafted special for you. Once your order is confirmed, we typically process and ship it within 15 to 20 days. Should there be any special circumstances that extend the delivery time, we will notify you promptly via email.

 

2. Free Shipping

 

For customers ordering from the European countries (see below list), we are delighted to offer you a FREE shipping, with no additional shipping fees after you place your order. For customers from countries that are not listed below, will be required to  contact the customer service to verify if it is available for a free shipping, or pay additional shipping fee based on a specific location on demand.

 

If you require urgent and expedited transportation, please be aware that these services may incur additional logistics costs and shipping fees. In such cases, please reach out to us proactively, and we will provide a suitable solution.

 

Europe: United Kingdom, Germany, France, Netherland, Belgium, Luxemburg, Poland, Czech, Denmark, Finland, Sweden, Italy, Spain, Portugal, Hungary, Austria, Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia, Slovakia, Slovenia

 

3. Transportation Mode and Cost

 

We majorly use Land (by train) and Sea (by ship) to ship goods globally. Train transportation usually takes 15 to 45 days while Sea transportation takes from 30 days to 90 days.

 

Air transportation is upon special request as an additional cost is bear by the customers. Our door-to-door shipping are  including major countries in Europe, Asia, the Oceanic Islands (Australia and New Zealand).

 

Customers from countries not listed above, please contact the customer service before placing your order.  The transportation time varies from 15-90 days depending on the shipping method used and seasons. 

 

For our customers in the Middle East, Central Asia, North American, South America, Africa (excluding South Africa), and Singapore, please be aware of the guidelines regarding taxes, duties, and delivery methods. Due to local customs policies, customers in these regions may need to submit additional taxes and duty clearance. It’s important to familiarize yourself with your country’s specific requirements to ensure a smooth customs process.

 

Some countries affected by war or other significant disruptions may currently be unavailable for shipping. We recommend contacting us directly for the most up-to-date information on specific countries and transportation times.

 

Once your goods arrive in the destination country, we will arrange the delivery method based on the address provided. In some countries, goods are delivered via truck transportation to your specified address, while in others, express delivery services are used to ensure timely arrival of your products.

4. Customs Duties and Import Taxes

 

Typically, there will be no tariffs or import taxes, allowing you to receive your goods as scheduled. However, customs policies vary by country and region. 5. Tracking Information

 

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email within 48 hours. You can use this number to check the shipping status and location of your order on the logistics company's official website.
