Important Information

  1. Open Box Video: We kindly request that you record an “open box” video when you receive your sofa. This video is essential for processing any returns or exchanges smoothly.

  2. Shipping and Return Costs: Please note that these costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  3. Non-Eligible Items: Custom-made, personalized, or promotional items are not eligible for return or exchange.

  4. Refunds: Refunds will be issued using the original method of payment. Be aware that there is a processing period before a refund is posted. If you've followed all the necessary steps and have not yet received your refund, please contact us at sofadelli@outlook.com.

Return or Exchange Due to Personal Reasons

 

  1. Return Request Timeline: Requests should be made within 14 days of receiving your product.

  2. Condition for Return: Items must be returned in the same condition as received—unopened, unused, and in the original packaging. The product must be complete and not damaged or soiled. Otherwise, it will not qualify for a refund.

 

Exchange Due to Defect or Damage

 

  1. Defective or Damaged Items: We are happy to replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

  2. Request Process: Please send your request along with the open box video to sofadelli@outlook.com. We will process your request once we receive and approve the video.

  3. Exchange Approval: Exchanges will be considered only if an “open box” video is provided within 14 days of receiving the product.
